For evaluation of the award criteria quality, we will particularly emphasise the tenderer ́s ability to offer a user friendly software that each employee can use to get started quickly, without comprehensive training. We would like the software to have a minimum of manual operations to make the mappings ready for use.","The hourly rate shall be in the price annex, see \"Annex 3\". The price stated shall be excluding VAT. VAT. Regarding costs for travel and stay, this will be added to the hourly rate for the implementation of mini competitions if there is a need for travel activity. The price will be evaluated over 3 years.
