Approximately 500 credits is the planning baseline for one standard tender. It is not a guaranteed allowance. Actual use depends on document volume and the operations performed.
Credits are charged only after a billable operation completes successfully. Technical failures do not consume credits. Intelligence discovery uses 25 credits after a successful discovery sandbox is created, and converting an opportunity into a tender project uses 100 credits.
Monthly subscription credits remain valid for 60 days, annual credits for 365 days and trial credits for 30 days. Paid credits also expire when the subscription ends. Available pools are used first by earliest expiry.
The trial is free for 30 days with no credit card. It includes 500 credits, one user, five library sources, weekly Intelligence and Zephior library setup. It is designed to complete approximately one standard tender.
There is no automatic overage. Renew Now starts a fresh paid period and issues the full selected allocation. Existing unexpired credits remain available and are used first. If you do not renew, credit-consuming actions pause until the scheduled renewal.
Annual billing issues 13 times the selected monthly credits upfront for approximately 12 times the monthly price. Annual credits remain valid for 365 days.
Enterprise covers capacity above 40,000 monthly credits, custom infrastructure, BYO models, tailored integrations, enhanced support or SLA, and human managed tender execution through Zelius. The workspace access and credit capacity needed for contracted Zelius delivery are included in the agreed Zelius engagement price.
Yes. Schedule a different checkpoint for the next renewal, or use Renew Now to pay the full selected price and start a fresh billing period immediately. Existing valid credits keep their original expiry. There is no proration or refund for unused time.
If you start with the trial, continued monthly use has a six-month minimum commitment. An annual subscription satisfies it automatically. If you skip the trial and start a paid monthly subscription immediately, there is no minimum beyond the current paid month.
Library setup is included in the standard trial. An optional four-hour pre-pilot onboarding workshop costs CHF 800 and is credited against the subscription when the trial continues into the required six-month paid commitment.
