One Project Key unlocks one new tender or response project. The unlocked project remains available and the key is not consumed again for later work in that same project.
No. Every standard Projects volume has the same features, unlimited users, and unlimited company knowledge within one customer environment.
Keys from a monthly subscription remain valid for three calendar months. With annual billing, all 12 months of keys are issued upfront and remain valid through the paid annual period.
Annual Projects billing gives you 10% off. Twelve times the selected monthly key allocation is issued upfront. Intelligence is billed monthly.
No. There are no customer credits, tokens, per-answer charges, or automatic overages. Standard use is included with transparent safeguards for exceptional demand.
Select Intelligence, Projects, or both. Every 14-day trial includes one user and up to 20 library sources. Projects includes one key for one tender. We recommend a tender you’ve already submitted for comparison with your original response; you can use a live tender instead. Add the buyer’s documents and relevant company knowledge. A card is required, but nothing is charged today. Each selected subscription starts automatically after the trial unless you cancel it first.
A previous submission gives you a benchmark from day one, so you can start without waiting for a new tender. If you have a live tender now, use that instead. Ziva’s fast analysis and drafting leave time within the 14 days to review, refine and evaluate the results.
Monthly subscriptions have no commitment beyond the paid month. Annual subscriptions run for the paid annual term.
