Re-invite: Bid 12/2026: ROBERTSON: LAKEY PROJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF PROCESSING FACILITIES AND UPGRADING OF ABLUTION FACILITIES Location: Robertson Post Date: 2026-10-01 12:00:00 Closing Date: 2026-10-23 12:00:00 General Requirements The works are on a farm approximately 14 kilometres from Robertson Town in the direction of Ashton. At the T-junction by Agteriedam Padstal, turn left; the project is just after Assegai Rest Klaasvoogds. The project consists of a new processing facility and upgrading of ablution facilities. Part A — New processing facility: construct a steel structure 9 metres wide by 15 metres long, including roof sheets and side and gable-end cladding; construct a 150 mm reinforced-concrete floor; install insulated panelling over the concrete floor; paint the steel portal-frame building. Fixings should not be welded where possible so the frame can be moved to another location. The price must include supply and transport of materials to and from the site. Part B — Upgrade of existing ablution facility: renovate the existing building internally and externally and provide new plumbing facilities. The bid is a lump sum and must include labour, materials and machinery. The successful bidder must be able to start work within seven days of appointment.
