The City Government of Malabon, through the 70% LDRRMF Capital Outlay – Military Police and Security Equipment included in the 2026 Annual Budget pursuant to City Ordinance No. AO4-2025, intends to apply PHP 4,900,000.00, the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract. Bids exceeding the ABC will be rejected. The City Government of Malabon invites bids using competitive public bidding and the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) award criterion. Delivery of the goods is required within 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must have completed similar contracts during the five years before bid submission. The notice describes the eligible bidder requirements as set out in its Bidding Documents. Bidding uses the non-discretionary pass/fail criterion under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of the New Government Procurement Act.
