De tijdelijke huisvesting dient qua omvang en functionele opzet vergelijkbaar te zijn met de huidige schoolaccommodatie van de opdrachtgever, met een totale bruto vloeroppervlakte van circa 6.048 m². De nadere gebruiksoppervlakten per ruimtesoort is opgenomen in het programma van eisen zoals opgenomen in Bijlage 1.
