Objet : CONCOURS RESTREINT DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE SUR ESQUISSE + POUR LA REHABILITATION ET L'EXTENSION DU CENTRE DE BIEN ETRE ODYCEA. Description : La présente consultation concerne un concours de maîtrise d'oeuvre sur ESQ+ pour l'extension du centre Odycéa, comprenant également des travaux de reprise et de réorganisation du bâtiment existant. Acheteur : Mairie du DÉVOLUY. Procédure : concours restreint. CPV : 71221000. Un lot (LOT-0000). Critères d’attribution : qualification et qualité du candidat/de l’équipe (compétences, moyens humains et techniques, chiffre d’affaires), 50 % ; qualité des références fournies et capacité du mandataire/de l’équipe à réaliser la mission, 50 %. Les trois candidats admis ayant remis une prestation conforme reçoivent chacun une prime de 15 000 EUR HT correspondant à une prestation de niveau ESQ+.
