Planung Modul 1 LPH 2-4 netztechnische Maßnahmen FW-Netz Dessau in Dessau-Roßlau

Die Fernwärmeversorgungs- GmbH (FWV) eine Tochtergesellschaft der DVV-Stadtwerke Dessau und plant das bestehende Fernwärmenetz technisch, wirtschaftlich und energetisch weiterzuentwickeln. Ziel der Planung ist die Schaffung einer belastbaren technischen Grundlage für die spätere Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur: - Erweiterung und Verdichtung des Fernwärmenetzes, - hydraulischen Optimierung, - Temperaturabsenkung, - Reduzierung von Netzverlusten, - Verbesserung der Rücklauftemperaturen, - Erhöhung der Energieeffizienz, - Dezentralisierung unwirtschaftlicher Netzbereiche, - Digitalisierung der Hausanschlussstationen, - Verbesserung der Betriebsführung, - Integration intelligenter Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik. Die ingenieurtechnischen Leistungen (LPH 2 mit Option LPH 3 und Option LPH 4) enthält die folgenden Maßnahmenpakete: - Maßnahmenpaket 1 - Netzausbau und Netzverdichtung - Maßnahmenpaket 2 - Leitungsoptimierung, Temperaturabsenkung und Dezentralisierung - Maßnahmenpaket 3 - Intelligente Hausanschlussstationen Der Auftrag wird stufenweise beauftragt. Stufe 1: Leistungsphase 2 - Vorplanung Stufe 2: Leistungsphase 3 - Entwurfsplanung Stufe 3: Leistungsphase 4 - Genehmigungsplanung Eine Beauftragung erfolgt mit dem Zuschlag zunächst nur für die Stufe 1 - Leistungsphase 2 (Vorplanung), für alle drei Maßnahmenpakete. Die Stufe 2 - Leistungsphase 3 (Entwurfsplanung) der Maßnahmenpakete erfolgt als Option. Die Stufe 3 - Leistungsphase 4 (Genehmigungsplanung) erfolgt als Option.
