La presente trattativa è inoltrata allo scopo di acquisire una quotazione per il farmaco in argomento, che seppur presente in gara regionale FARMACI 2/23 LOTTO 04, il fabbisogno per quest’azienda risulta ad oggi in esaurimento. Il fabbisogno è per un periodo di 12 mesi fino al 31/10/2027 e la formula contrattuale è quella dell’accordo quadro. Ai sensi dell’art. 1353 del codice civile, qualora durante il periodo di vigenza contrattuale, a seguito di aggiudicazioni di gare disposte da CONSIP o da Soggetto aggregatore regionale o a seguito di procedura aperta aziendale dovessero essere attivati una Convenzione o un contratto comprendente le forniture contemplate nella presente richiesta a condizioni più vantaggiose, il contratto si intenderà risolto con effetto dalla semplice comunicazione dell’ASL. - Scadenza : 14/10/2026
