Refurbishment and Modernisation (RM4S) Scotland Framework Agreement

Overview

LHC Procurement Group, acting for the Scottish Procurement Alliance, is procuring a Scotland-wide framework for public-sector refurbishment and modernisation works, goods and associated services in residential and non-residential buildings. The 16 workstreams cover decoration, electrical work, kitchens and bathrooms, adaptations, damp and mould, external works, stonework, reactive maintenance, multidisciplinary work and kitchen supply. Estimated value is GBP 900 million excluding VAT; initial term four years with an optional extension of up to two years. There are five Scottish regions per lot and a maximum of ten appointees per lot and region. Deadline: 11 December 2026, 12:00 UK time.
