Defence intends to deliver this work primarily from Canberra (ACT) through an integrated workforce model comprising Army personnel, Australian Public Service (APS) employees and contracted service providers. Suppliers will be expected to provide specialist expertise that complements existing Defence capabilities while supporting knowledge transfer and the development of enduring Commonwealth capacity. Other Instructions: Only ICTPA Panel members appointed to the ICT Personnel Resources Module may register as potential Tenderers to register an interest, to receive the RFT and submit an offer. Each Work Order will be with a single Panel member.
