Külföldi nyomtatott és elektronikus folyóiratok
Adásvételi keretszerződés különböző külföldi nyomtatott és elektronikus folyóiratok szállítására a Szegedi Tudományegyetem részére 36 hónap időtartamra, összesen nettó 600 000 USD keretösszeg erejéig a 2027-2029 évre. A beszerzés magában foglalja a megrendelt nyomtatott és elektronikus külföldi kiadású folyóiratok és folyóiratcsomagok nyomtatott, nyomtatott és online, valamint csak online formátumokban történő szállítását (online folyóiratok esetében online hozzáférés biztosítását), a meg nem érkezett folyóirat számok ingyenes reklamálását, azok ingyenes pótlását, valamint ügyfélszolgálat biztosítását magyar nyelven (munkanapokon 8-16 óra közötti intervallumban, heti 20 órában).
