LETTERA INVITO/CONDIZIONI PARTICOLARI DI ESECUZIONE PREMESSE Il presente invito ha per oggetto l’affidamento dell’incarico di cui all’oggetto attraverso procedura in Affidamento Diretto - ai sensi dell’art. 50 comma 1 lett. b) del D.Lgs. 36/2023 e s.m.i. NORME GENERALI DI GARA La presentazione dell’offerta per la procedura, i chiarimenti e tutte le comunicazioni e gli scambi di informazioni relativi alla procedura devono essere effettuati esclusivamente per via telematica attraverso il portale SATER, mediante l’invio di documenti elettronici sottoscritti con firma digitale. Il termine dell’incarico è fissato indicativamente per il 31/12/2029, termine entro il quale la prestazione dovrà essere svolta; il termine può essere differito previo accordo tra le parti.
