Rectificación y anuncio de terminación anticipada. Objeto: Dos acuerdos marco para fabricar y suministrar distintos tipos de cables para N.V. Juva con dos adjudicatarios, con el fin de garantizar el suministro y repartir riesgos. Referencia: N.V. JUVA KABELS2023. CPV 31321200-4, cables de baja y media tensión. Dos lotes. La fecha límite se rectificó al 19/05/2023 a las 23:58 hora local. En el anuncio posterior de terminación anticipada se indica que ninguno de los dos lotes se adjudica: cada lote recibió una oferta y la autoridad consideró que no había competencia suficiente para el esquema previsto de dos proveedores por lote. Procedimiento terminado sin adjudicación.
