gastos de alojamiento de comisiones de servicio de personal de la dirección general deinformática y transformación digital, por asistencia a reuniones, cursos, jornadas, etc. en 2022. en cumplimiento de la instrucción 1-2019, de 28 de febrero de 2019, de la oficina independiente de regulación y supervisión de la contratación, se hace constar que el objeto contratado tiene una unidad funcional técnica y económica, siendo cualitativamente distinto al de otros posibles contratos que se hayan adjudicado anteriormente con el mismo operador económico en el mismo ejercicio presupuestario.
