Post- en koeriersdiensten. Aanbesteding in twee percelen voor één leverancier voor postdiensten en één voor koeriersdiensten. Lot 1, postbezorging, omvat haal- en brengservice, brievenbuspost, pakketpost, partijenpost en aanverwante diensten. Lot 2 betreft koeriersdiensten. Beide loten hebben een geschatte duur van 1 februari 2027 tot en met 31 januari 2031; verlengingen worden ook in de aankondiging vermeld. De algemene aankondiging noemt €750.000 exclusief btw als geraamde waarde, terwijl de afzonderlijke lotvelden €715.000 en €305.000 vermelden.
