Für die schädigungsarme Lasermikrobearbeitung, Laserpolitur und Oberflächenfunktionalisierung temperaturempfindlicher Materialien, insbesondere Polymeren, wird ein Hochleistungs-Femtosekundenlaser mit hoher Pulsenergie und gesteuerter Emission von Pulspaketen im MHz- und GHz-Bereich benötigt. Fachlos 1 umfasst den Femtosekunden-Laser.
