Direction des routes du Luxembourg - Entretien des espaces verts sur le réseau routier - District routier de Neufchâteau Chacun des marchés conclus sur la base de l’accord-cadre est un marché de services qui a pour objet l’exécution de services d’entretien ordinaire des plantations et des espaces verts le long des routes du réseau de la Direction des routes du Luxembourg – district de Neufchâteau. Les services s’effectuent sur des routes appartenant au réseau I qui sont décrites en annexe du présent cahier spécial des charges ainsi que sur des routes du réseau II. Le relevé des deux réseaux est repris en annexe du présent CSC. Les services sont de l’entretien préventif, conditionnel et curatif (voir glossaire). Comment déposer une offre : voir document annexé à l'avis de marché. Critère d’attribution : prix. Voir CSC. Cautionnement ordinaire. (3,00% du montant minimum des commandes HTVA SPW et SOFICO). Les services s'effectuent sur les routes appartenant au réseau I qui sont décrites en annexe du cahier spécial des charges ainsi que sur les routes du réseau II (carte du district de Neufchâteau). Les marchés sont conclus pour quatre périodes de 1 an se succédant sans interruption. Chaque bénéficiaire de la centrale d’achat peut toutefois mettre fin au marché qui le concerne à l’échéance de chaque période annuelle moyennant la notification d’un préavis par lettre recommandée, ou par envoi électronique assurant de manière équivalente la date exacte de l'envoi, 3 mois avant cette échéance. Les bénéficiaires de la centrale d’achat ne sont tenus à aucune indemnité à l’adjudicataire s’ils exercent ce droit de mettre fin au marché. En tout état de cause, les marchés de l’accord-cadre prennent fin de plein droit, sans préavis, à la fin de la 4ème année.
