The Project shall be awarded as one project having several items that shall be awarded as one contract. 2. Quoted Unit Price must be within the ABC per item. 3. Quotations received exceeding each total cost per item and/or the total Approved Budget for the Contract shall be rejected. 4. Unit and Total Prices shall be rounded off up to two (2) decimal places. 5. Prices and specifications for the quotation should be valid for Forty-Five (45) days. 6. DELIVERY PERIOD: within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Purchase/Job Order. 7. The price/s quoted must include all kinds of taxes and other charges. 9. Late Quotation/s will not be accepted. For quotations submitted via electronic mail, the date and time of receipt indicated in the e-mail shall be considered. 10. Award of contract shall be made to the bidder/supplier with Most Economically Advantageous Responsive Bid (MEARB) that complies with all the requirements hereof. 11. "DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS: a.) Mayor’s/Business Permit, b.) Red / Platinum PhilGEPS Registration, c.) BIR Registration, d.) Tax Clearance, (optional) e.) Duly notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (For ABCs above P50K), you may download the form from this link: https://www.gppb.gov.ph/ngpa-standard-forms/ f.) DTI/SEC/CDA Registration, g.) Income Tax/Business Tax Return (For ABCs above P500,000.00) Above-mentioned documentary requirements shall be submitted together with the price quotation. Non-submission shall be a ground for rejection of the quotation. " 12. Any interlineations, erasures, or overwriting shall be valid only if they are signed or initialed by you or any of your duly authorized representative/s. 13. Liquidated damages equivalent to one tenth of one percent (0.001%) of the value of the goods not delivered within the prescribed delivery period shall be imposed per day of delay. 14. A warranty security shall be required from the contract awardee for a minimum period of three (3) months, in the case of Expendable Supplies, or a minimum period of one (1) year, in the case of Non-expendable Supplies, after acceptance by the Procuring Entity of the delivered supplies. 15. The obligation for the warranty shall be covered by either retention money in an amount equivalent to at least one percent (1 %) of payment, or a special bank guarantee equivalent to at least one percent (1%) of the total contract price. The said amounts shall only be released after the lapse of the warranty period. Provided, however, that the supplies delivered are free from patent and latent defects. 16. The RFQ, Purchase Order (PO), and other related documents for the above-stated Procurement projects shall be deemed to form part of the contract.
