Procedure Title : Kiinteistöjen rakennuspalveluita koskeva puitejärjestely OSA-ALUE 1 RU, OSA-ALUE 2 SÄH, OSA-ALUE 3 LVIA Description : Kokkolan kaupunki (jäljempänä myös "tilaaja", "hankintayksikkö" tai "rakennuttaja") pyytää tarjouksia tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti tilaajan rakennuspalveluiden ("rakentamispalvelu(t)") puitesopimuksen hankintaan. Hankinta on jaettu osiin seuraavasti: osa-alue 1: rakennustyöt osa-alue 2: sähkötyöt osa-alue 3: LVIA-työt Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön asiakirjoissa, erityisesti liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus. Hankinnassa vertaillaan osa-alueittain tuntihintojen painotettua keskiarvoa ja kateprosenttia jotka jätetään "Hinnat" liitteellä. Tarjous tulee jättää tarjouspyynnön "Hinnat" liitteellä, kaikki tarjottavan osa-alueen keltaiset solut täytettynä, muutoin tarjous hylätään. "Hinnat" liitteellä on oma välilehti jokaisen osa-alueen pyydetyille tiedoille. Kilpailutuksen perusteella muodostetaan enintään 5 urakoitsijan puitejärjestely osa-alueittain. Puitejärjestelyyn sovelletaan liitteen "Puitesopimus" ehtoja. Sopimus alkaa sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta ja on voimassa 24 kuukautta. Tämän jälkeen sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa kahdella 12 kuukauden pituisella optiokaudella. Kyseessä on EU-kynnysarvon ylittävä rakennusurakka. Hankintamenettelynä käytetään hankintalain 32 §:n mukaista avointa menettelyä. Hankintayksikkö voi hylätä poikkeuksellisen alhaisen tarjouksen hankintalain 96 §:n periaatteiden mukaisesti. Hankintayksikkö voi keskeyttää hankintamenettelyn osittain tai kokonaan todellisesta ja perustellusta syystä. Osa-alueiden sisäiset osatarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Vaihtoehtoiset tarjoukset eivät ole sallittuja. Tarjouspyynnössä esitetyt hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai toimittajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa urakkaa ja siihen liittyvää palvelua. Menettelyyn osallistumisesta, tarjouksen tekemisestä, esittelystä tai muusta ei makseta ehdokkaille tai tarjoajille korvausta. Hankinta-asiakirjat ovat saatavissa vain suomen kielellä. Jos ehdokas tai tarjoaja haluaa hankinta-asiakirjat muulla kielellä, käännättäminen ja siitä aiheutuvat kustannukset ovat yrityksensä itsensä vastattavina. TARJOUSTEN KÄSITTELY Hankintayksikkö 1.
