Maison 6 : - Maison principale : Transformation de la charpente existante, démantèlement, démolition et réfection des planchers en bois, démolition et réfection du dallage et du réseau enterré, reprises en sous-œuvre, assèchement et rénovation des murs à conserver. Echange des linteaux, travaux de maçonnerie. - Annexe : Démolition et réfection charpente, reprises en sous-œuvre, nouveaux dallages - Alentours : murs de soutènements, escaliers extérieurs, drainage, tranchées, surfaces en pavés. Maison 7 : Démolition toiture avec couverture contenant de l’amiante, nouvelle charpente. Démolition planchers en bois, démantèlement complet, assèchement et rénovation des murs à conserver. Réfection réseau enterré. Echange des linteaux, reprises en sous-œuvre, nouveau dallage, nouvelle dalle en béton-armé, cordons, travaux de maçonnerie.
