Mission de réviseur d'entreprises Le marché porte sur la désignation d'un réviseur d'entreprises. La base légale de ce marché est la Loi du 17 juin 2016 relative aux marchés publics, titre I (Disposition introductive, définitions et principes généraux) et titre II (Marchés publics dans les secteurs classiques). | Pour ce marché, les réglementations nationales de la procédure suivante seront appliquées : procédure négociée sans publication préalable Il s’agit notamment des contrôles et certifications en vertu du Code et de ses arrêtés d’exécution. Opdracht als bedrijfsrevisor De opdracht betreft de aanstelling van een bedrijfsrevisor. De wettelijke basis van deze opdracht is de Wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten, titel I (Inleidende bepaling, definities en algemene beginselen) en titel II (Overheidsopdrachten in de klassieke sectoren). | Voor deze opdracht wordt de nationale regelgeving van volgende procedure toegepast: onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking Het betreft meer bepaald de controles en certificeringen in toepassing van de Codex en haar uitvoeringsbesluiten.
