Avis de marché n° 26-94007. L’accord-cadre porte sur l’abonnement à des périodiques et à des sources d’information spécialisée. La procédure concerne uniquement le lot 1 : intermédiation pour l’achat et la gestion d’abonnements à des périodiques imprimés et électroniques.
