Die OEW Breitband GmbH schreibt einen Rahmenvertragspool für IT- und Beratungsdienstleistung im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach VgV aus. Hierbei möchte die OEW Breitband GmbH einen Rahmenvertrag mit bis zu drei Unternehmen schließen mit einem für den Auftraggeber grundsätzlichen freibleibenden Gesamtabrufsvolumen von maximal 4 Mio.
