AANKONDIGING VAN EEN GEGUNDE OPDRACHT RESULTATEN VAN DE AANBESTEDINGSPROCEDURE Werken II.1.1) Benaming Nieuwbouw Onderwijslocatie Laan op Zuid Referentienummer: 2023/001/FIT-V&H II.1.4) Korte beschrijving Deze aanbesteding betreft de opdracht voor advies in de bouwteamfase en de realisatie van de nieuwbouw Onderwijslocatie Laan op Zuid in Rotterdam. De opdracht omvat de gehele uitvoering van bouwkundige werken en werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties. De onderwijslocatie bestaat uit een onderwijsgebouw voor de Hogeschool Rotterdam en een school voor voortgezet onderwijs voor SNZ/Stichting BOOR. De omvang bedraagt ca. 22.500 m2 bvo verdeeld over tien bouwlagen. Hogeschool Rotterdam besteedt deze opdracht mede namens gemeente Rotterdam aan. Hogeschool Rotterdam en gemeente Rotterdam zijn gezamenlijk opdrachtgever voor deze opdracht.
