Die TYPO3-Webseite des ZEW (www.zew.de) wird künftig im Rahmen einer Cloud-Infrastruktur (Managed Hosting) betrieben. Ziel ist der Abschluss eines Dienstleistungsvertrages mit einem Auftragnehmer, der das Hosting, den techni-schen Betrieb und Support, die technische Betreuung sowie die Weiterentwick-lung der Website als fortlaufende Gesamtleistung aus einer Hand sicherstellt. Losbeschreibung: Der Auftragnehmer stellt die für Betrieb und Skalierung der Website erforderliche Ser-ver-Infrastruktur (Produktiv-, Staging-Server) in einer europäischen, DSGVO-konformen Cloud-Umgebung bereit und betreibt diese fortlaufend. - Bereitstellung dedizierter/virtueller Server für Produktiv- und Staging-Umgebung mit ausreichender Dimensionierung (CPU, RAM, Storage, Traffic) und Skalierungsmöglich-keit bei Bedarf - Rechenzentrumsstandort in Deutschland/EU, vollständige DSGVO-Konformität - 24/7-Monitoring der Infrastruktur, Cloud-Firewall - 3-2-1-Backup-Strategie inkl. regelmäßiger Wiederherstellungstests - TLS-Zertifikate (automatisiert, z. B. Let"s Encrypt) und laufende Prüfung der HTTP-Sicherheits-Header - Abschluss eines Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrages (AVV) nach Art. 28 DSGVO als ver-pflichtender Vertragsbestandteil - Der Einsatz von Unterauftragsverarbeitern ist im Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag nach Art. 28 DSGVO zu regeln. Verarbeitungsorte und Änderungen in der Unterauftragsver-arbeitung sind transparent anzugeben und nach den vertraglich festgelegten Geneh-migungs- bzw. Informationsmechanismen zu behandeln.
