La présente procédure a pour but de désigner un fournisseur avec lequel sera conclu un Accord-cadre au bénéfice duquel les Pouvoirs adjudicateurs bénéficiaires (ci-après PAB), listés ci-après, pourront passer des Commandes suivant la procédure définie aux Clauses contractuelles et aux prix unitaires fixés dans l’Offre. L’Accord-Cadre n’est pas subdivisé en lots.
