Titel: EA Schoonmaak en Glasbewassing. Korte beschrijving: Het DIFFER gebouw aan De Zaale 20 in Eindhoven is gevestigd op het terrein van de TU/e. De totale oppervlakte van het pand is ongeveer 10.000m2 en beschikt over reguliere kantoren en laboratoria. Gezien de precaire aard van het onderzoeksmateriaal en de benodigde specialistische kennis zal slechts een deel van de laboratoria binnen de scope van deze opdracht vallen. Het schoonmaakonderhoud omvat de reguliere schoonmaak, vloeronderhoud en glasbewassing. Ook de zonnepanelen, patio en dak maken deel uit van de scope van deze Opdracht. CPV 90910000 (reinigingsdiensten), 90919000 (reiniging van kantoren en kantoorapparatuur), 90911000 (reiniging van woningen en gebouwen en glazenwassersdiensten). Eén perceel. Geraamde waarde: niet vermeld. In II.2.4 staat afzonderlijk de tekst “€450000”, zonder toelichting of waarde-label; daarom is dit niet als contractwaarde geclassificeerd. Contractduur: 36 maanden; tweemaal verlenging met één jaar mogelijk. Raamovereenkomst met één onderneming.
