Rosales Avenue, Butuan City INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROJECT ENTITLED PROCUREMENT OF 10 UNIT DRONE UNDER P.R NO. 2406-2026-CMO-PROVISION FOR TECHNICAL AND SCIENTIFIC EQUIPMENT (CONTINUING) 1) The City Government of Butuan, through the 2026 intends to apply the sum of 5,980,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of 10 Unit Drone under P.R No. 2406-2026-CMO-Provision for Technical and Scientific Equipment (Continuing). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. (The said Project information can be referenced below) P.R No. 2406-2026 Procurement of 10 Unit Drone under P.R No. 2406-2026-CMO-Provision for Technical and Scientific Equipment (Continuing) 5,980,000.00 GRAND TOTAL 5,980,000.00 2) The City Government of Butuan, now invites bids for Procurement of 10 Unit Drone under P.R No. 2406-2026-CMO-Provision for Technical and Scientific Equipment (Continuing) using the Delivery of the Goods/Services is required Forty-Five (45) Calendar Day/s Bidders should have completed, at least FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project shall be the “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS OR SERVICES: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY.” The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
