The prices on our main pricing page are for new subscriptions. If your organization uses the credit-based V1 model, your current commercial terms continue until you accept a documented move to V2.

Nothing changes automatically
We do not replace your plan, change its billing date or reduce its existing entitlements without your agreement.
Your account is the reference
Existing terms can differ by customer, so we do not publish a generic V1 price table. Check Ziva billing and your accepted agreement for your current price, currency, credits and renewal date.
V1 remains available to existing V1 customers. New subscriptions use V2.
