Claude, from Anthropic, is one of the best general AI assistants for writing, analysis and code, and its Team and Enterprise plans add shared projects, connectors and admin controls. Ziva is built for one job: winning tenders. She finds the opportunity, qualifies it on the full package, answers from your approved knowledge with citations, runs review, and returns the buyer’s own files finished. Many bid teams use both.
Choose Ziva if

Can Claude answer an RFP?
Yes, Claude can draft answers from files and context you give it, and on paid plans it can create Word, Excel and PowerPoint files. What it does not do on its own is find tenders, keep an approved answer library with citations and confidence, track review per answer, or fill the buyer’s workbook in place. Ziva does those as part of the bid.

We found no built-in tender discovery in Claude. Its connector directory lists a third-party connector for US federal, state and local opportunities. Ziva Intelligence searches connected procurement portals across many countries every week and qualifies what it finds.
