PRESTATIONS DE NETTOYAGE ET DE DE GESTION DES ORDURES MENAGERES SUR UNE PARTIE DU PATRIMOINE IMMOBILIER D’ALPES ISERE HABITAT GEREE PAR LA DIRECTION TERRITORIALE DE FONTAINE - 2027 2028

Le présent marché concerne les prestations d’entretien des parties communes intérieures et extérieures (hors espaces verts) de divers immeubles du patrimoine d’Alpes Isère Habitat confiées à la Direction Territoriale de Fontaine, ainsi que le remplacement d’assistant de résidence et le traitement des ordures ménagères. Chaque lot fera l’objet d’une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Procédure adaptée ouverte. Durée : 14 mois. Lots 03A FONTAINE - Agglomération hors Fontaine et 03B FONTAINE - Secteur Vercors.
