Description: Completed price form. The tender ́s total price will form the basis of the evaluation of the award criteria price in the competition. The tender ́s total price will be calculated as follows, cf. the price model in the price form: Total A. Waste fractions, collection and treatment. + Total B. Equipment, containers, compressors and service. + Total C. Safety shredding and destruction etc. + Total D. Building waste and project deliveries + Total E. Customer portal, reporting, advice and training. = The tender ́s total sum for the evaluation. Category of award weight criterion: Weight (percentage, exact) Award criterion number: 60 Criterion: Type: Quality Name: Environment Description: Tenderers shall provide a description of a number of conditions that will be subject to evaluation of the environment criteria in the competition: • Increased degree of sorting at the contracting authority. Tenderers shall describe measures that will contribute to the contracting authority achieving internal targets for increased sorting degrees for own waste. Examples of relevant measures could be the introduction of new sorting fractions, training and courses, digital tools, regular pick analyses etc. • Minimise the negative environmental impact of waste and promote circular systems o Tenderers shall give a short description of their downstream systems for handling the following waste fractions: Residue waste (9010, 9015), food waste (1111), plastic (1711, 1799, 1721) and treated wood (1142). The tenderer ́s response will be assessed according to how the tenderer contributes to moving the waste upward in the waste hierarchy (cf. the waste regulations). The degree of recovery shall be stated, among other things, based on actual figures from the downstream installations, as well as the geographical location for where the waste recycling of the mentioned waste fractions take place. o The contracting authority intends to reduce the amount of waste, contribute to a circular economy and more re-use. Tenderers shall describe any special measures aimed at minimising waste and contribute to increased re-use. This can, for example, be a contribution to reusable objects and building components being channelled to reuse actors rather than ordinary material or energy recovery. • Fleet and CO2 minimisation Tenderers shall describe their fleet of vehicles that will be used to carry out assignments under the contract. Emphasis will be put on minimising CO2 emissions. Tenderers shall use the attached form for preservation of this relationship in the competition. General information on the tenderer's response Tenderers are encouraged to provide a short but concise and relevant response to the mentioned conditions resulting from the listed above points. There shall not be links to websites in the tenderer ́s reply. Links to websites that the contracting authority has not requested will not be included in the evaluation of this criteria.
