Het doel van onderhavige aanbesteding is het vinden van één geschikte Opdrachtnemer die de hieronder gedefinieerd advies-, beheer- en ontwikkelactiviteiten op het gebied van Azure kan uitvoeren. Gezien de reeds bestaande inrichting op het Microsoft Azure platform, dienen deze activiteiten op de Microsoft Azure tenant van Tilburg plaats te vinden. Daarnaast wordt er momenteel een data platform (Data Lake) voor gebruikers van de Gemeente Tilburg ingezet. Ook hier dient, gezien de reeds bestaande inrichting, de beheeractiviteiten op de tenant Microsoft Azure plaats te vinden. Ten slotte ligt binnen de scope van aanbesteding het beheer én ontwikkeling van Kubernetes (Common Ground platform om applicaties onafhankelijk van de inrichting van de infrastructuur te installeren).
