Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Quezon 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Panukulan, Quezon. Completion of the Works is required within 190 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Quezon 1st District Engineering Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 10, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱25,000.00. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend the activity. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification. The bidder shall disclose the ultimate beneficial ownership of the entity it represents. Failure to comply shall be a ground for automatic disqualification. Bidders shall include the latest General Information Sheet reflecting beneficial ownership information, duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission, for corporations.
