Überblick
Yleisradio Oy (Yle) beschafft im offenen Verfahren sofort einsatzbereite, bereits produktiv genutzte Echtzeit-HTML5-Grafiksysteme. Die zwei Lose betreffen Grafiken für die lineare TV-Kanal-Ausspielung sowie Grafiken für die schwedischsprachige Wahlberichterstattung. Für beide Lose ist die vollständige Unterstützung des EBU-Ograf-Standards erforderlich. Sie muss vor Abschluss der Implementierung funktional geprüft werden; ein Proof of Concept wird von Yle bewertet und freigegeben, bevor der Dienst produktiv eingesetzt werden darf. Für Los B sind in den Vergabeunterlagen Verlängerungsoptionen beschrieben. Was der Auftraggeber benötigt
Bereitstellung sofort einsatzbereiter Echtzeit-HTML5-Grafiksysteme für (A) die lineare TV-Kanal-Ausspielung und (B) die schwedischsprachige Wahlberichterstattung als Ersatz der bestehenden 3D-Rendering-Lösung. Beide Lose verlangen EBU-Ograf-Unterstützung und einen vor Produktivsetzung von Yle freigegebenen Proof of Concept.
- Die Lösung muss fertig verfügbar und bereits produktiv im Einsatz sein.
- Die vollständige EBU-Ograf-Implementierung muss funktional geprüft werden; der Anbieter muss sie in einem Proof of Concept nachweisen, den Yle vor Produktivsetzung bewertet und freigibt.
