The Municipality of Malimono, Surigao del Norte through the Office of the BLGU CAN-AGA now invites interested bidders for the Repair of Upgrading Of Local Access Road in Barangay Can-aga, Can-aga, Malimono, Surigao del Norte. . All particulars relative to eligibility check, examination and evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. 3.Interested Bidders shall submit their accomplished Eligibility Documents to the Barangay Secretariat on or before October 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Applications for eligibility will be opened and evaluated on a “pass/fail” basis immediately after the deadline of submission of the Eligibility Documents. The BLGU CAN-AGA will hold a Pre-Bid Conference open to all Eligible Bidders on October 16, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the Barangay Hall, Can-aga, Malimono, Surigao del Norte. Eligible Bidders must submit their bids at the address below on or before October 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. All Bids must be accompanied by a) Bid Security in the form of Cash, Cashier’s Check, Manager’s Check 2 percent of the ABC; b) Irrevocable letter of credit issued by a Universal or Commercial Bank 2 percent of the ABC; or c) Surety bond callable upon demand issued by a surety or insurance company duly certified by the Insurance Commission as authorized to issue such security with a validity period of 120 calendar days.
