Republic of the Philippines Province of Zamboanga del Norte MUNICIPALITY OF MANUKAN INVITATION TO BID The Municipality of Manukan through its Bids and Awards Committee invites sealed bids from interested bidders for the Construction of Deep Well Water Supply System at Public Market Site, Poblacion, Manukan, Zamboanga del Norte with Approved Budget for the Contract of PhP2,233,000.00. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening. Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract and must have completed a similar single contract in the last two (2) years with a value of at least 50% of the ABC. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as in the Preliminary Examination of Bids. BAC Activities / Deadline Submission of Letter of Intent and its Eligibility: October 19, 2026 Issuance of Bidding Documents: October 19, 2026 Pre-Bid Conference: October 20, 2026 (9:00am) Receipt of Eligibility, Technical & Financial Requirements: November 3, 2026 (9:00am) Receipt and Opening of Bids: November 3, 2026 (9:00am) Minimum Equipment Required: 1 unit Hauling Truck (owned/leased); 1 unit Survey Equipment (owned/leased); 1 unit Drilling Rig (owned/leased); 1 unit Welding Machine (owned/leased); 1 unit Cutting Outfit (owned/leased). A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased on or before October 19, 2026 for a non-refundable fee of PhP5,000.00. The Municipality will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 20, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. at the BAC Conference Hall, Municipality of Manukan. Bids must be delivered to the BAC Conference Hall on or before 9:00 A.M. of November 3, 2026. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any form stipulated in RA 12009. Late bids shall not be accepted. The deadline for submission is not later than 9:00 AM, November 3, 2026. The opening will proceed immediately after the deadline. The Municipality reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, annul the bidding process, and reject all bids before contract award.
