The BAC will conduct Post-Qualification of the Lowest Calculated Bid. All particulars relative to the Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification, and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of Republic Act (R.A.) Opening of Bids / November 10, 2026 02:00 P.M. Bidding documents may be obtained and bids submitted to the BAC Secretariat during the stated period. The pre-bid conference and opening will be held at the stated venue. Prospective Bidders of non-expendable goods must have completed within the immediately preceding year a single contract that is similar to the contract to be bid equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC). For expendable supplies, said single contract must be at least twenty-five percent (25%) of the ABC. For Infrastructure Projects, prospective bidders must have completed at least one (1) contract that is similar to the contract to be bid and whose value must be at least fifty (50%) percent of the ABC to be bid and must have an appropriate PCAB license for the category of the project. The BAC will issue the Bidding Documents (Envelope No. 1 – Eligibility and Technical) and Envelope No. 2 (Financial) upon payment of a non-refundable amount specified in GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012, to the San Juan City Treasurer’s Office. The City Government of San Juan, Metro Manila assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of its bids.
