Financial proposal: Tablet; unit: unit; quantity: 5; unit cost: 25,000.00; ABC: 125,000.00. The above-quoted prices are inclusive of all costs and applicable taxes. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All entries must be typewritten/computerized and legible. Interested bidders shall submit documentary requirements with the quotation by the deadline. The quotation must be in a sealed envelope and identify the company name, RFQ number and PhilGEPS reference number. Delivery period must be at least 30 calendar days from receipt of the PO/NTP. Items delivered must have warranties for unit replacement, parts, labor, or other services. Quoted price must include taxes and charges and must not exceed the ABC. Failure to comply means disqualification. Liquidated damages apply under Section 71.1.4 of the IRR of RA No. 12009. Payment follows delivery, inspection and acceptance; cash on delivery is not allowed. Submit the signed quotation manually on or before October 14, 2026 at 10:00 am.
