Pacul Bridge 1) The Government of the Philippines (GOP) has received a Loan from the World Bank toward the cost of Philippine Rural Development Project Scale-Up, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Loan to payments under the contract for Construction of 60 ln.m. Pacul Bridge with Subproject ID No. PRDP-SU-IB-R006-NOC-006-SAG-001-2023-BRD. 2) The City Government of Sagay, Negros Occidental, implementing partner of the Department of Agriculture, now invites bids for the Construction of 60 ln.m. Pacul Bridge with Estimated Project Cost (EPC) in the amount of Ninety-Five Million Twenty Thousand Pesos only (PhP95,020,000.00). Completion of the Works is required in 327 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 5 of the Instructions to Bidders, and Sub-sections 5.2 and 5.4 of the Bid Data Sheet. 3) Bidding will be conducted in accordance with relevant procedures for open competitive bidding as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”, with some amendments, as stated in the Bidding Documents and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries, as defined in the World Bank Procurement Regulations. The contract shall be awarded to the Bidder that met the criteria indicated in the Bidding Documents. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the City Government of Sagay, Negros Occidental and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders starting on October 2, 2026 from the address below and upon payment or depositing the Bidding Documents fee of Ten Thousand Pesos (PhP10,000.00) to the City Government of Sagay Land Bank Sagay Branch General Fund Account Number: [account coordinate withheld].
