Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The DPWH – Bulacan 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for hereunder Works: Name of Contract : Convergence and Special Support Program - Basic Infrastructure Program - BIP - Multi-Purpose Buildings/ Facilities to Support Social Services - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building at Barangay Cutcot, Pulilan, Bulacan (14.905307, 120.864103) Contract ID No. : 26CC0101 Locations : Pulilan, Bulacan Scope of Works : Construction of Multi Purpose Building Approved Budget for the Contract : P7,919,014.29 Contract Duration : 150 calendar days Amount of Bidding Documents : Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00) PCAB License : Category of C or D for Small B Bidders should have completed, within the specified contract duration from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. The contract shall be awarded to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as such during post-qualification. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Reminder to Bidders: In compliance to Section 81.1 and Section 82 of the IRR of the RA No. 12009, all prospective bidder shall be required to submit a Sworn Statement of No Relation and Disclosure of Beneficial Ownership, clearly identifying the natural persons who ultimately own, control or benefit from the bidding entity, whether directly or indirectly, through shareholding, voting rights, contractual arrangements, or means of control. Prospective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB License Category as stated in each contract.
