Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Capiz Provincial Government invites bids. Delivery shall be completed within 30 Calendar Days from receipt of the contract award. Bidders should have completed, at least 10 years from submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. 3) Bidding will use competitive bidding procedures and a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion under the IRR of RA No. 12009. Bidding is open to all interested bidders subject to eligibility conditions. 5) Bidding Documents may be acquired October 11–23, 2026 for PHP 1,000 or downloaded free from PhilGEPS and the procuring entity website, with the fee paid by bid submission. 6) Bids must be received by manual submission on or before October 23, 2026, 10:00 A.M.
