# Ziva performance methodology

The assumptions, arithmetic, boundaries and measurement protocol behind the Ziva 91% reference-workflow model.

## Evidence status

The 91% figure is a reference-workflow planning model. It is not an audited portfolio average, universal customer result or contractual guarantee.

## Calculation

(30.0 hours - 2.7 hours) / 30.0 hours = 91%.

The 30-hour manual baseline allocates 2 hours to intake, 8 hours to source discovery, 12 hours to drafting, 5 hours to review coordination and 3 hours to formatting and final QA. The assisted case allocates 0.4, 0.5, 1.2, 0.4 and 0.2 hours of human oversight respectively, totaling 2.7 hours.

## Conditions

- Knowledge is current, permissioned and ready for retrieval.
- Buyer files can be imported and exported without material reconstruction.
- Human owners verify sources, commitments, approvals and final release.
- Manual and assisted cases produce equivalent accepted deliverables.
- Knowledge cleanup and waiting time outside the response team are excluded.

## Customer measurement

Select comparable responses, capture all active manual work, run a representative assisted sample, hold final quality constant and report the sample size, median and distribution. Separate active human time from calendar duration and processing time.

Zephior does not publish a universal rework percentage. The previously displayed 4% figure was removed because it lacked a sufficiently documented public measurement basis. Methodology version 1.0, last reviewed 22 August 2026.
