Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City\nBids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\nThe Notice of Award (NOA) will only be issued to the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB) when the fund is downloaded to the Provincial Government of Batangas.\n2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructureproject. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
