Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\n\n2)    The NTRC now invites bids for Procurement of Secondary Direct Leased Line Internet for Calendar Year 2027 using the Early Procurement Activities. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of up to twelve (12) months from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP), with the intended commencement date of 01 January 2027, but in no case beyond 31 December 2027.  Bidders should have completed, at least three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
