# Expression of interest for design and construction of the Eely Point boat ramp

Queenstown-Lakes District Council invites registrations of interest for the design and build of the Eely Point Boat Ramp in Wanaka. GETS identifies this as a Registration of Interest (ROI), RFx ID 35137489 and reference C-26-223, in the Otago region. The agency asks suppliers to separate price and non-price response components when submitting through GETS. The page lists no required pre-qualifications and provides a closing time of 30 October 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific/Auckland time, explicitly UTC+13. No tender value, contract duration or award is stated on the public detail page.

# Main-contractor registration for Somerfield School window replacement

The Ministry of Education’s school-infrastructure procurement team invites registrations of interest from main contractors for window replacement in Blocks 1 and 2 at Somerfield School in Canterbury. The notice says both blocks retain original windows that have reached the end of their serviceable life; they are difficult to operate and maintain, drafty, single-glazed and include some louvre openings. The process is a Registration of Interest with sole-agency coverage and no required pre-qualifications. GETS gives a closing time of 27 October 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific/Auckland (UTC+13), which corresponds exactly to 04:00 UTC and matches the timestamp. Detailed replacement quantities, specifications, construction period and subsequent procurement stages are not stated.

This Registration of Interest process offers three separate opportunities: System Integrator (RXI_279), Business Integrator (RXI_280) and Quality Assurance Provider (RXI_281). Suppliers may respond to one, two or all three. # Three Waters treatment facilities operations and maintenance

Southland District Council seeks operations and maintenance of its treatment facilities for water, wastewater and stormwater. The scope includes raw-water intakes, treatment plants, pump stations and reservoirs or storage tanks. Council expects close coordination with separate reticulation, mechanical and electrical, and SCADA and automation contractors; separate water-services contracts are planned from 1 July 2027. This is an RFP with a two-envelope electronic submission through GETS: the non-price file must contain no price information, and a priced bid is submitted separately. The notice says proposals close on 19 November 2026 at 14:00 Pacific/Auckland time (UTC+13:00). No required pre-qualification is stated.

"description": "Southland District Council (SDC / Council /the Principal) maintains ownership and responsibility for managing the water services activity, comprising water, wastewater and stormwater, and undertaking the necessary planning and works to meet the levels of service for its community. In order to increase oversight and visibility of the water services, Council has adopted an in-house business unit with increasing in-house capability and capacity and will be delivering the water services under a number of separate contracts. Council will be delivering the water services under separate contracts from 1 July 2027. This Contract relates specifically to the operations and maintenance of Council’s treatment facilities including raw water intakes, water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and reservoirs / storage tanks. A high level of collaboration is expected between this Contract and those for reticulation, mechanical and electrical and SCADA / automation operations and maintenance. The specifications under this Contract are aimed at delivering an outcome focussed approach that enables SDC to meet their collective vision and levels of service for water, wastewater and stormwater activities. To support cost-effective delivery across multiple contracts, Council is seeking a collaborative approach, building successful relationships specifically for this Contract as well as with the other contractors delivering the water services. The overarching philosophy is to balance the work programmes against service levels within Council’s budget expectations, delivering a pro-active best-for-network approach. By working together, the reactive and routine maintenance and renewals can be optimised to reduce the overall costs and risks without compromising public safety, legislative requirements or service levels for the Southland community. This Contract relates specifically to mechanical and electrical services of Council’s three waters networks, including at treatment facilities and pump stations. A high level of collaboration is expected between this Contract and those for treatment facilities, reticulation and SCADA / automation operations and maintenance. The specifications under this Contract are aimed at delivering an outcomes focussed approach that enables SDC to meet their collective vision and levels of service for water, wastewater and stormwater activities. Note: Please submit on the locked version of the schedules. This is a two-envelope procurement process. Proposals are to be submitted electronically in two separate electronic files via GETS. File 1 – “NON-PRICE SUBMISSION” NAME OF THE RESPONDENT shall not contain any information regarding price. If price information is included, the Principal may treat the Proposal as being invalid. File 2 – “PRICE SUBMISSION” NAME OF THE RESPONDENT shall contain the price information, including any price-related assumptions. Site visit – October to be confirmed.",

# Advance notice: Southern Power Feed Project Package 10A electrical integration contractor

KiwiRail Group has published a Notice of Information (Advance Notice) for Package 10A of the Southern Power Feed Project. KiwiRail intends to run an open-market competitive RFT for electrical construction and integration, including installation, integration, testing and commissioning. The scope was restructured after an earlier RFI: prefabricated-building design, manufacture and supply are now separated into Package 10B. GETS gives this notice a close date of 30 November 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific/Auckland (UTC+13:00). This is the close date for the advance notice, not a bid deadline for the future RFT. The page lists no pre-qualifications; RFT terms and detailed technical requirements are not yet provided.
