Qualification requirements include: Average Annual Construction Turnover: The average annual volume of construction work of the successful Bidder over the last 3 years (2023, 2024 and 2025) shall be at least USD 4.6 million. Specific Similar Experience: The bidders shall demonstrate experience as prime contractor in the construction of at least two (2) contracts for works of nature and complexity equivalent to the Works with each contract value of at least USD 2.3 million within the last five (5) years. To comply with this requirement, works cited should be at least 70% completed , billed and paid and documentary evidence must be submitted with the bid.
