    "text": "SERVIZI DI GESTIONE E MONITORAGGIO DEI SERVIZI INFORMATIVI IT E MANUTENZIONE DEGLI APPARATI SERVER E STORAGE - SOC\n\nIscrizione nel Registro delle Imprese oppure nell’Albo delle Imprese artigiane per attività pertinenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara. Per l’operatore economico di altro Stato membro, non residente in Italia: iscrizione in uno dei registri professionali o commerciali degli altri Stati membri di cui all’allegato II.11 del Codice.\n\nIl concorrente deve aver correttamente eseguito negli ultimi 10 (dieci) anni dalla data di pubblicazione della presente procedura, servizi di gestione e monitoraggio dei servizi informativi IT e manutenzione degli apparati server e storage (SOC) analoghi a quelli oggetto della presente procedura che abbiano interessato complessivamente almeno n. 1.000 sistemi elaborativi fisici o virtuali, per un importo complessivo non inferiore ad Euro 5.000.000 (Euro cinquemilioni/00) I.V.A. esclusa. Il requisito potrà essere soddisfatto anche mediante la regolare esecuzione di più contratti,, ciascuno dei quali di importoalmeno pari a 1.000.000 (Euro unmilione/00) I.V.A. esclusa).\n\nPunteggio Tecnico\n\nPunteggio economico\n\nDelibera del Consiglio di Amministrazione Prot. Informazioni e chiarimenti possono essere richiesti entro e non oltre il 30.10.2026 ore 23:59, utilizzando l'area Comunicazioni riservate al Concorrente, presente nell'area di dettaglio della procedura. Le risposte alle richieste di chiarimenti sono fornite mediante pubblicazione delle richieste in forma anonima e delle relative risposte sulla Piattaforma nell'area Comunicazioni della Stazione Appaltante. Sono ammessi a partecipare alla presente procedura di gara, nel rispetto delle condizioni previste nella documentazione di gara, tutti gli operatori economici di cui all'art. 65 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023 per i quali non sussistano: (i) le cause di esclusione di cui agli artt. 94, 95 e 98 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023; (ii) le condizioni di cui all'art. 53, comma 16-ter, del d.lgs. n. 165/2001; (iii) ulteriori divieti a contrarre con la PA, il tutto secondo quanto specificato negli atti di gara. Il ricorso al subappalto è ammesso alle condizioni e nei limiti previsti dal Disciplinare di Gara. L'appalto non è suddiviso in lotti, in ragione delle preminenti esigenze connesse alla particolare tipologia del servizio, avente ad oggetto la gestione e manutenzione di una infrastruttura complessa costituita da componenti hardware e software strettamente interconnessa sia dal punto di vista tecnico sia da quello funzionale e che richiede un monitoraggio continuo con competenze trasversali e attività coordinate su tutte le tecnologie impiegate, al fine di garantire la corretta continuità dei servizi e sistemi IT. L’articolazione in un unico lotto è altresì coerente con la circostanza che l’organizzazione dei processi di cybersecurity incident management, vulnerability management e di threat intelligence sono insiemi omogenei di azioni volte a garantire la sicurezza dell’azienda e la contemporanea riduzione del rischio informatico complessivo. Le offerte tecniche ed economiche saranno esaminate prima della verifica della idoneità degli offerenti, secondo quanto previsto dall'art. 107, comma 3 del Codice. Lo schema di Contratto allegato contiene una clausola di revisione prezzi. Il disciplinare indica le modalità con cui i raggruppamenti di operatori economici ottemperano ai requisiti in materia di capacità economica e finanziaria o di capacità tecniche e professionali. Per la sottoscrizione del Contratto l'appaltatore costituisce una garanzia, denominata garanzia definitiva. Il disciplinare indica le prestazioni che dovranno essere eseguite dall'aggiudicatario, sia in caso di avvalimento che di subappalto, nonché le prestazioni o lavorazioni oggetto del contratto di appalto che, pur subappaltabili, non possono formare oggetto di ulteriore subappalto. Nei casi di cui all'art. 124 del D. Lgs. n. 36/2023, il nuovo affidamento avvenga alle condizioni proposte dall'operatore economico interpellato.
