# Dock door management, picking and final-mile delivery

Children's Health Ireland seeks one supplier for a dock door management, messaging and final-mile delivery system for the New Children's Hospital. The solution is intended to coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including dock scheduling, delivery tracking, automated identification and routing, returns, integration with automated guided vehicle workflows, and communication to end users. The open services contract is not divided into lots and does not permit multiple tenders. The portal lists software implementation, software maintenance and hardware installation CPV codes and a nine-year contract duration. It reports MEAT evaluation but gives no detailed criteria. Its estimated-value field displays EUR 1 without explaining the basis, so that figure is not treated as a reliable estimate. The portal deadline is 12 November 2026 at 17:00 with no timezone stated; data separately records 17:00 UTC.

# Dublin Regional Procurement Group preliminary market consultation for social enterprises and sheltered employment organisations

Dublin City Council, on behalf of the four Dublin local authorities, is conducting a preliminary market consultation about how social enterprises, sheltered employment programmes and equivalent organisations might participate in future competitive procurement. The consultation is intended to inform technical and commercial options and procurement strategy. The official eTenders notice expressly says this is not a call for competition, no tender documents are available at this stage, and participation will not bar organisations from future competitions. Responses are due 23 November 2026 at 12:00. No estimated value is stated.

# Cornerstone learning platform, content and support

The Central Bank of Ireland is seeking the Cornerstone learning platform, content subscription and customer support, including support and maintenance of the platform and content. The notice describes a single five-year services lot starting on 1 January 2027, with an estimated value of €1.71 million excluding VAT. It cautions that the estimate is the Bank’s best estimate and the final total may be materially lower or higher. Offers must be submitted electronically in English, remain valid for six months, and may not include electronic catalogues or multiple alternatives. Cost is the stated evaluation method with a 100% weight. The deadline is printed as 11 November 2026 at 12:00, but the notice page and TED give inconsistent timezone information, so only the date is treated as unambiguous.

"summary": "The Central Bank of Ireland is seeking the Cornerstone learning platform, content subscription and customer support, including support and maintenance of the platform and content. The deadline is printed as 11 November 2026 at 12:00, but the notice page and TED give inconsistent timezone information, so only the date is treated as unambiguous.",

# Laboratory analysis for nematode pests in plant-health samples

Ireland’s Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine seeks laboratory diagnostics for about 1,500 soil, peat and plant samples. The work covers plant-parasitic and free-living nematodes, particularly EU quarantine and regulated non-quarantine species. The laboratory must provide results, reports and advice within specified turnaround times and hold accreditation compliant with EU rules; the successful laboratory will be nominated as Ireland’s Official Laboratory for nematology. The notice specifies one lot, a 48-month term, electronic submission in English and 120-day tender validity.

"description": "The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) is the National Plant Protection Organisation (NPPO) of Ireland. DAFM performs phytosanitary controls across the country, in a wide range of locations including farms, forests, nurseries and parks. These phytosanitary controls are in line with International Standards for Phytosanitary Measures (ISPM’s), and in compliance with the Plant Health Regulation (EU) 2016/2031, Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/2072 and the Official Controls Regulation (EU) 2017/625. These controls are performed by a variety of divisions including Horticulture and Plant Health, Forestry Inspectorate, Crop Policy, Evaluation and Certification, and Import Control Operations. These controls are supported by the Plant Science Division (PSD) which performs diagnostics across bacteriology, nematology, entomology, virology, and mycology on samples resulting from Official Controls and Other Official Activities. PSD is designated as the National Reference Laboratory for all these areas including nematology, in accordance with EU regulations. Any laboratory successful in this tender will be nominated as an Official Laboratory for nematology for Ireland. DAFM undertakes a significant amount of sampling in nematology to support our agricultural industry and requires the provision of supplemental diagnostics. The successful laboratory will be expected to provide diagnostics on approximately 1500 samples across a range of matrices including soil, peat, and plant material. The diagnostics required will focus on plant parasitic and free-living nematodes, with particular focus, but not limited to, EU Quarantine and Regulated non-Quarantine species. The successful laboratory will be expected to provide results, reports, and advice within designated turnaround times and be accredited in compliance with EU regulations. The provision of this service will assist DAFM in carrying out the required phytosanitary actions to maintain Irelands high plant health status, and to protect our agricultural industry and environment.",

The HSE is the Contracting Authority for this public procurement competition on its own behalf and on behalf of all organisations funded by the HSE. The HSE National Track and Trace solution is designed to capture all events and processes related to the decontamination and sterilisation of RIMD theatre tray sets, and endoscopes used in operating theatres, procedure rooms, and treatment areas. The solution is used in Central Sterile Services Departments , Endoscopy Reprocessing Units operating theatres, endoscopy procedure rooms and other outpatient settings. To ensure that every device can be recorded to the patient on whom it is used, the GS1 coding system has been adopted by the HSE, and this coding standard allows for consistency across HSE hospitals. The Track and Trace application is centrally hosted on prem in HSE datacentres and runs using Citrix thin client technology on designated PCs in the relevant operational areas. There is a Citrix presented instance of the application for each site. The back end database construct features a suite of Microsoft SQL servers, with each individual hospital site having its own distinct set of SQL databases corresponding to each site s specific Citrix published application instance hosted on one centrally managed Citrix VDA suite. The MSSQL Database servers are hosted in three x 3 node High Availability Windows Server Failover Cluster environments, with site instances of the application spread across these three clusters for load balancing.",
