# Independent audit for the National Library of Wales pension scheme

The National Library of Wales Staff Superannuation Scheme seeks an audit firm experienced with defined-benefit occupational pension schemes, including pooled investments, liability-driven strategies, fiduciary management and Level 3 or illiquid assets. The initial term is four years, with an option to extend three years. The administrator prepares the accounts, so no accounts-preparation service is required. Tenderers are asked to describe other advice services such as VAT. Electronic responses are accepted. Deadline: 11 November 2026 at 12:00; the notice gives no time zone.

# Early market engagement for air-conditioning maintenance

Cardiff University is conducting voluntary early market engagement ahead of a planned procurement for planned, reactive and remedial maintenance across approximately 2,500 air-conditioning and cooling assets. This notice does not start a formal procurement and responses provide no advantage or disadvantage in a later tender. The stated maximum value is £8,837,500 excluding VAT (£10,605,000 including VAT) over a potential seven-year term (three initial years plus up to four extension years); no minimum spend is guaranteed. One service lot is planned, with a two-stage Competitive Flexible Procedure anticipated and tender publication estimated for 16 October 2026. The questionnaire response date is past; the notice gives both 17:00 and 23:59 on 12 October and inconsistently says the engagement period has not ended while the page labels the notice expired. No formal tender submission deadline is stated.

# Future strategic transport modelling advice for Transport for Wales

Transport for Wales is conducting preliminary market engagement to shape a possible future procurement for strategic transport-modelling advice. The notice explains that TfW operates multimodal regional models covering South East Wales, South West and Mid Wales, and North Wales, which support appraisal and planning. This is market engagement about a potential later procurement, not a stated offer deadline or a confirmed contract award process. The official Sell2Wales page returned HTTP 403, so the accessible title and description are the available public source. No deadline, budget, engagement questions or award criteria are stated in the supplied notice fields. No attachments were opened.
